Motivated by a desire to know what "doveadm" does:
Do we want to be having a page or pages in the Dovecot Wiki which
document the executable tools?
It might be an idea for each one to say:
* What the tool does
* How it normally gets invoked (e.g. manually by the administrator,
automatically by some other part of Dovecot, automatically by something
else)
* What parameters it could take and what they would do
