The client workarounds for Dovecot 2.0 are:
dovecot-2.0/doc/example-config/conf.d/20-imap.conf:
delay-newmail and tb-extra-mailbox-sep
dovecot-2.0/doc/example-config/conf.d/20-pop3.conf:
outlook-no-nuls and oe-ns-eoh
The imap_client_workarounds outlook-idle was removed:
