The default should be to not use -n as most will want their
directories automatically created. The dovecot wikis, at least wiki1,
also do not include the -e option to be more verbose to postfix, on
error.

Sorry, I too didn't know of the addition of an autocreate plugin in 2.0
and the changes to "protocol LDA" to automatically create directories
sieve and LDA itself needed. Please ignore this reference and thanks!
