Yeah, I wonder how I could get this error message to show up in the "Resource 
temporarily unavailable" message itself..

imap/pop3 processes don't use the default limit, you have to set them 
explicitly. This is because the default_process_limit=100 is good for pretty 
much all processes, except for imap/pop3 which are needed much more.
