That feature is already there!
service doveadm {

}
doveadm_password = foobar
Now you can use e.g.:
doveadm -S 4.3.2.1:12345 quota get -u foobar
There's no security in there though, the password is sent in plain text.
For more security you could also just use "ssh 4.3.2.1 doveadm .."
