One last thing - this obviously requires one or both of:
permit_sasl_authenticated
permit_mynetworks
*before* the check_sender_access check...
<sigh> spoke too soon... one more 'last thing'...
This also obviously requires you to enforce a policy that all users must
either sasl_auth or be on a system whose IP is included in my_networks...
