This is with dovecot v2.0.14. Some v2.0 versions had bugs related to doveadm server. So this is probably a bug in v2.0.14. And I'm not entirely sure if doveadm server works correctly in v2.0 at all, since I did some bigger changes to v2.1 related to it.
