[Dovecot] Missing 20-managesieve.conf in 2.1.4?

Hello,

I installed Dovecot 2.1.4 and Pigeonhole 0.3.0 and wondered that there 
is no 20-managesieve.conf file anymore.

It is no problem to use one of my old files. I just want to know whether
this is a bug or not.
