Turn on more debugging with these in your configuration:
auth_verbose           = yes
auth_debug             = yes
auth_debug_passwords   = yes
mail_debug             = yes
verbose_ssl            = yes

and then check the server logs after trying to login.

Also, I'm curious why you masked your PRIVATE ip address and not your public one.
