how did you synced ? ?
look list archives, this may happen at migration to 2.1
before this failure was ignored as far i remember
there are scripts to fix broken mailboxes
but i you do all brand new, you should try resync better

with this command you can fix the problem of the wrong value
doveadm fetch -u [email protected] text all > /dev/null
but I'm using dovecot 2.1.10 with zlib and, though I have those errors
in the logs, users have no problem.
