Yeah, dovecot-devel-2.2.5-….rpm installs some headers into
/usr/include/dovecot.
BUT: The error message says:
error: dovecot-config not found
The file dovecot-config is installed under /usr/lib/dovecot.
So use: ./configure --with-dovecot=/usr/lib/dovecot
