the only one having no clue are you (bseides wrong mailing-list)

/^From:.*\@.*\.tw/ is bullshit and matches twitter.com and so on
/^From:.*\@.*\.tw$/ at least would make sure it *ends with* tw

frankly your rule matchs *anything* having a @ and .tw
