Should I use "dsync_remote_cmd" with dsync via tcp?

Hi,

By the Documentation the directive "dsync_remote_cmd" seems to me 
required only to dsync via ssh. Is this right?

I have set dsync via tcp. Should I have set "dsync_remote_cmd" ?
