Depends on what is the imap backend behind Zimbra or if using Zimbra builtin imap backend, but usually UID:s are preserved when mails are migrated by using dsync over imapc connection when the dsync target platform is Dovecot. This however requires that master password can be set on Zimbra side or users passwords are known. Sami
