I think this should only happen when a client disconnects without issuing the 
LOGOUT command. So it can be viewed as an error condition. The extra output was 
added, to support debugging such situations. It could be argued it is a more 
common use case to want to know the issue, than not, but it is a matter of 
opinion. Maybe a setting to disable it could be considered.
