I reported the same error in the "Dovecot v2.3.19 released" thread and
Aki responded with:

So let's hope the best it get fixed for the next release.

The error occurs only with the newest Dovecot release (2.3.19), the
config hasn´t been changed.

Maybe it is a simple fix.
