This bug appears to be referring to a C++11 alias-declaration:

The following bug has a claim to a new C++11 extension. I spoke with
an instructor and a tutor on the extension, and they think the
extension shown on the bug does not exist.
I also tried looking it up on cplusplus.com, and can not find the
extension.
Unless someone knows that the extension exists, I think the bug should
be marked as "NEEDINFO" to ask where the extension comes from, or
"RESOLVED - INVALID" if the decision will be the same as made by three
people, including myself.
