The \codeinclude command (or a similar name) would be a cross between the 
\verbinclude command and the \code command.

Like \verbinclude, it would pull the contents of the named file into the docs 
and ignore all Doxygen commands and change/remove none of the text from the 
file.

Like \code, it would provide syntax-highlighting according to a specified code 
language.  It would also autolink class/variable/etc names, just as most 
Doxygen docs do.

This allows the STRIP_CODE_COMMENTS setting to be "YES", while still allowing 
code in specific blocks to show special comments/etc.
