Hi!

I am wondering if and how it is possible to link *to* the following objects:
- an object created with \dir
- an object created with \file
- a "list of" created by \xrefitem, \todo or similar

Is it possible to group together such lists created with \xrefitem so that
there are not too many toplevel objects (shown directly in the html
sidebar)?

Some markdown links as described in
http://www.stack.nl/~dimitri/doxygen/markdown.html#md_header_id

do not work:
- sometimes pdf link is broken, but html link works
- sometimes (in level 2 or below) none of the links works

Is this broken because of broken markdown or are these bugs?
Is this link feature in markdown considered as stable?

Best regards
Markus
