The IGNORE_PREFIX preference is useful when looking at the class index, in which case it does exactly what you'd expect and need. The problem is that the prefix is also ignored in the class members list. In that situation, I am looking at members and functions and I do NOT want the class prefix to be ignore.
Is the current implementation a bug or do we need two different options?
