Dimitri, The IGNORE_PREFIX preference is useful when sorting the class index, in which case it does exactly what you'd expect and need. In other words, the index will sort all classes based on the order after the prefix is ignored. The problem is that the prefix is also ignored in the class members list. In that situation, I am looking at member and function names, which are typically NOT prefixed, and I do NOT want the class prefix to be ignored. Is the current implementation a bug or should there be two different options?
