I am afraid I am not familiar with the tool you linked but from the error you
get it appears that you stumbled upon a windows-only python issue.
It appears to be a known issue even though I use python in both Windows and
Linux and have not ran across it.

By the way, I don't know how complicated a tool you want to use but I really
believe that making your own python (or whatever other scripting language you
prefer) script to do it for you is not very hard.
