I tried to change something in the look of the cross reference lines and when I 
checked the html code used to display the 'Definition at line' and 'References 
by' I noticed these are anonymous <p> paragraphs.

I suggest to add some css class names to them, or even better, change them to 
<div> sections.

That would allow some freedom in adding customisations, for example adding some 
more padding, or a horizontal line to separate from the detailed section above.

What do you think?

p.s. One small comment: I'm not an English native speaker, but, to make it more 
like the 'Referenced by', I would change 'Definition at line' to 'Defined at 
line'
