Just wanted to mention that I found another function that was "ignored";
it's "interpBool" in src/InterpBool.{hpp,cpp}.  Note that other functions
in that file are documented correctly (e.g., "interpBoolStrict").  I've
added those files to the sample directory.

I don't see anything obviously in common between the two.

I halfway worry if those names happen to hash to some value that freaks out
the collections.  Hard to believe that such a long-standing fundamentals
library would have issues that trivial, though.
