I notice that when you run doxygen on Mac OS, you get different heading
strings than when run on Linux.

For example:
Linux:    "Public Member Functions"
Mac OS: "Instance Methods"

I believe the Mac OS strings are for Objective-C and Linux strings are for
C++

We want to run doxygen on Linux, but get the Objective-C strings.  Is that
possible?  Is there a flag that chooses one set of headings over the other?
