Is there a reason, why @nosubgrouping is limited to class level and doesn’t
work on file level, although member groups also work on file level?
As far as I can see, it would makes sense, if @nosubgrouping would work
everywhere, where one can use member groups, so that membergroups with only
for example functions in them don’t appear as sub paragraph of the
functions paragraph of the file doc, while membergroups with macros and
functions or classes and functions appear on the same level like the
functions paragraph of that file doc.
