BTW: The command "doxygen -w latex header.tex doxygen.sty" as given in
http://www.stack.nl/~dimitri/doxygen/manual/doxygen_usage.html#doxygen_finetune
did not work, however the latest version (acc. to doxygen -h) does: "doxygen
-w latex header.tex footer.tex doxygen.sty". I suspect the documentation is
outdated here.
