Hi, many thanks for your replies! seems, that there is not the perfect solution for this issue. therefore I was thinking already about improving doxygen. my idea is to add "Tags" for files. each file could have tag names. and with doxywizard it should be able to select/unselect tags for displaying the files. For this I already prepared development environment for doxygen. within half a day I was able to compile doxygen. I added already a /tag keyword. But now I am stucked. I am not sure about principal concept of doxygen. If I want to exclude a file from documentation completely, seems I need to parse it twice...First for finding the tags and second for generating output (when tags have matched).... when I will have time again, I will continue...maybe I will find a solution which could be interesting for the community
