Hi, ============================================================= ATTENTION: This is the first Windows version where all human languages are implemented using UTF-8 encoding (i.e. the translator classes use the UTF-8 for the language-dependent texts internally). Because of that, please, report anything that was broken because of that.
You should observe no problems in an HTML output and for the other formats where the UTF-8 encoding is natural. However, there can be problems with say LaTeX output as there were more than one approaches used.
