In my project I have one source of documentation coming from source files
involved in my project, while the other documentation I want passed to the
first project is text-documents generated using markdown support that is
readable by doxygen. Currently, the layout of navigation tree is shown on the
left. I'm assuming that this is happening because the external documentation
files are just being placed in the directory that the first project scans for
source code. What changes do I need to make to get the generated navigation
tree to appear like it is on the right side of the picture? I'm thinking this
is where I may have to use TAGFILES= and GENERATE_TAGFILE, but the manual for
those was not very clear. How can I pass these external documents so that in
the tree they have their own hierarchical level? Also in the right picture I
tried to hide the Related Pages tab, I was not sure if that was possible to do
as well if the files are being passed the way they are now, what am I doing
wrong?

Thanks.
