I have my project generating PDF as well as HTML output. HTML is fine,
however I had a question about the pdf output.

Any \page I pass to the HTML documentation automatically gets passed to the
PDF documentation as expected. However these pages appear BEFORE the
namespace and class documentation in the pdf documentation. I wanted to know
if there was a way to alter the layout of the pdf documentation to have the
pages appear after the code documentation, or if there was a way to hide
specific pages from the pdf altogether, while keeping them in the HTML
output.

Thanks,
Adam
