I am close but not quite there yet, so hopefully this will help explain my
problem..

If i keep the <pages> tab enabled, while having each related page passed use
the \subpage \page commands in the text file, the output is each related
page having their own drop down arrow in the nav tree hierarchy linking to
each subpage. That is what I want.

Now the problem here is that while keeping the <pages> tab enabled it
automatically sorts these related pages alphabetically. I want to be able to
determine the order of the pages.

My problem is that if I try disabling the <pages> tab and creating a new tab
for each page passed (while still using the \subpage and \page commands),
they show up in the hierarchy in the order I want (what i want) but this
time with no drop down arrow hierarchy of the subpages.

Is there a way I can get both functionalities?
