On my windows 7 machine I can collapse and expand the "Special Commands"
section without problems.
As far as I can see it looks like a local problem (which version of Windows
are you using?) or maybe it is a special sequence of steps, can you
reproduce the problem and describe the steps you made getting into this
state?
