No, I want to be able to get rid of the "More..." link unequivocally.
I do not want it to depend on anything other than me setting something
like:

USE_MORE_LINK = "no"

If there is no such feature, I guess I am out of luck -- the "More..."
will be there whether I like it or not.

That sums it up.  It also adds repetitive clutter:

[foo()] This is a brief description of foo. More...
[bar()] Something different about bar. More...

And again, "More..." in both cases links to the same place as "foo
()" or "bar()".
