Hi Stephen, I did build doxywizard on MacOSX 10.9, but with -mmacosx-version-min=10.5.
I can't check myself if it works on earlier versions than 10.9. Maybe someone else can comment on this. You could also build doxygen yourself on 10.6.8. There is no reason it should not work.
