Is it possible that the makeindex program on windows crashes, like is noted
n the stack exchange questiion and answer:
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/26300103/make-for-doxygen-enum-inside-group-fail-error.
Otherwise please create a bug report with smal example so it is possible to
reproduce this problem.
