The pdf documentation can be generated by setting GENERATE_LATEX to YES in
the Doxyfile and after the doxygen command go to the latex directory and
give here the command make. In the manual there are also some extra options
mentioned for fine tuning your documentation. For the requirements to
generate the pdf output see the manual (search e.g. for pdflatex).
Btw. the doxygen manual is also generated with the aid of doxygen and
generating the pdf version is done in similar way as described above.
