Hello! I am using Doxygen for a C# Project and it is working quite nicely. There is just one issue. I do not know if maybe I am doing something wrong :(
When I set up Doxygen to document all files in a Folder it generates the output I expected but when I then open a file in that folder, close it again and run Doxygen again it seems to ignore that file and only document all the other files. So I just started to explicitely tell doxygen the files to document (even that seems to not work always, though I don't know when or why not). As the project is getting bigger and the files I need to be documented might change sometime, this is getting quite a lot of work. Am I forgetting about something?
