Luis, Which version of doxygen are you using? I did a quick test on Windows with 1.8.11 and didn't see the behavior you described. In case the problem persist: Can you please attach a self-contained example (source+config file in a tar or zip) that allows us to reproduce the problem or file a bug report (see: http://www.stack.nl/~dimitri/doxygen/manual/trouble.html#bug_reports) with the relevant informatin?
