Yes, I thought it would be something like that. Hence my query about whether the preprocessor acts before the lexical analyzer dumps the comments. I haven't really got the option of using /// as I am working with an existing document which has a comment of the form /*! Etc. While I could edit the whole thing into that form I'm trying to avoid that as I am trying to keep the document as much as possible the same as the original.
