Hi ! I'll be starting with a disclaimer : I'm using Doxygen in a weird way
(at least I think)
I am turning some json files into nice markdown files and then use Doxygen
to generate the html from those md files (there's a lot of them)
The problem I'm running into is that for some reason, some "header" (tagged
with "##" for example) links end up in my navigation panel, in weird places
too
The markdown source doesn't seem to have weird references etc, neither in
the files where the headers show or the files the headers point to
Many of my filenames have underscores in them. Could that be a problem ?
Here's two images to help describe what I'm doing and what goes wrong :
https://i.imgur.com/ihIlTZW.png <- This is a typical generated page, with
some information and headers, especially the "Properties" one
https://i.imgur.com/vKeOE3j.png <- This image shows what's wrong, I've
scrolled to somewhere else in my navigation panel and there's a lot of
"Properties" that all link to different files, but all of them are from the
same directory
Here's the source

And produced html/js code

I hope someone can help me :)
