Hi,

some critics on the branching of the dry run.

1.) I updated the branching information at our guide
https://www.inf.fu-berlin.de/w/SE/DPPReleaseProcess#How_to_branch

2.) Gerrit has a 'Release Manager' Group that is allowed to create branches,
one has to be in this group for the release process.

3.) Jenkin's "Saros-Gerrit" job will now build all branches of the saros
repository. E.g. all future releases.

3.) Picking 'dates' is difficult. E.g. before the release process of one
release we should know the next release date. There used to be
http://www.saros-project.org/ReleasePlan for upcoming features and releases.

4.) I created two scripts to automate most of the branching and version
updates. The actual push needs to be done manual though.

5.) I forgot the '.TESTING' suffix in the version, the attached scripts should
help in avoiding that mistake.

6.) I had an issue with Gerrit not replicating to sourceforge due a network
issue over the weekend that Gerrit didn't want to recover from, I created a
ticket for that. http://code.google.com/p/gerrit/issues/detail?id=1375

I still need to work on the "How to merge" and the "re-release" section.
