minimum is one hour.

Plan:
0.) Take snapshots and send an email about the reboot
1.) Stop tomcat6/jenkins
2.) Reboot eclipse2 then eclipse1 then saros-build. The risk is a non-booting
kernel or an issue with grub (unlikely).
3.) Take a mysqldump of the Gerrit database
4.) Upgrade to 2.4.2 and migrate the database schema.
5.) Send an email that it has finished.

The maximum window is four hours. If for some unforeseen reason the upgrade
fails I will rollback to a snapshot taken before the reboot (assuming that
this will work).
