all services are running again.
Issues:
Jenkins dead-locked twice on 'boot-up'. Serving a HTTP response stopped in the
middle and no further responses were generated, the CPU utilization was 0. I
didn't see anything in the log messages and there were no dead-lock fixes in
newer versions of Jenkins. It might have been caused by a OpenJDK upgrade
(from b20 to b24) or is just a random failure.
On eclipse2 the "aptitude safe-upgrade" decided that libgtk2 was unused and
removed it. This broke launching the manually installed Eclipse. I have
re-installed these packages. The libgtk2 package is now directly installed and
thus will not be removed on the next upgrade.

Couldn't initiate the project sharing (Project exceeded 4mb's in
size and partner couldn't get it to sync up with his copy).
