Dear Developers, I created a bunch of new Patches which originate from the SWT project. These guys did a great job re-integrating the single user chat feature from Saros Light back into Saros. Furthermore they refactored and unified the whole chat-related packages.
I reordered some of the original patches (the tests are not an "add-on" as in the project -- there are introduced much earlier in the chain of dependent patches) and distributed some other patches (e.g. the improved API and JavaDoc, which was an subsequent patch in the project -- now these changes are "sprinkled" into the other patches). The interactive Git rebasing is a mighty tool. But nevertheless there are no less than 13 patches left, which are all open for review now. In detail there are: Fundamental Stuff: #339 - Copies the structure and business logic from Saros Light #346 - Merges the data structures of Multi and Single User chats #347 - Adds tests for the Single User Chat #348 - Refactors the Multi User Chats UI/User Experience: #349 - "Open Chat" action for Session Buddies #350 - "Open Chat" on doubleclick #351 - Disable input on network problems #352 - Nicer chat titles #355 - Close multi user chat on session end #356 - Use session colors if available #357 - Display buddies' nicknames Internal Stuff: #353 - Fix handling of chat tabs disposal #354 - Merge signals Please review these patches -- I will do this, too. And to those who have submit rights: Please do *not* submit these patches, even if there are approved. And I you feel a strong urge to do so: Please take care of the patch dependencies and avoid unnecessary rebases. Our Jenkins is currently running all the "Verification" tests, which will take a while ...
