This is not a bug, this is intended (keeping the changed color).
Well yes, maybe Bob can now get blue ... but to be honest the algorithm
is complex enough.
Feel free to fix the issue.

This problem might lead to a feature request. The feature would, that
when a user
changes his session color, that he can check a checkbox that says
"change my favorite color" also. If he does so, the described scenario
produces the correct result.
