Hello dear devs,

Happy to announve that Saros-build works with two cores just fine and we
couldn't observe
any acute issues (such as we've encountered the last time).
So, we're keeping the two cores :)

Howevere, if you notice any suspicious behaviour (performance-wise and
jenkins-wise) please let me or Franz know.
