As for the last few times, it was again me who decided that it's time to wrap 
up the work of the last months and make a release.

I won't repeat the arguments that I sent to you in a private e-mail a few 
minutes ago (before I read your public e-mail below).
But concerning your point "The core ain't ready yet!": So what?
We want to follow the Release Process [1], and we were not planning on 
releasing the wobbly version of Saros/I (no offense, Holger ;) ), but only the 
current state of mature Saros/E.
And I see no reason why a more or less complete Core should affect the 
stability (or any other UX facet, for that matter) of Saros/E, since from the 
Saros/E point of view, the classes were only moved to a different location.

Please let us know if you have any further concerns.
