Didn't writing that e-mail take longer than creating that very patch :)?
We favor small patches that do one thing at a time ("separation of concerns").
(I understand that this change would not affect Saros/E because you're going to
change the IntelliJ-specific meta-information files in the dpp.core project,
correct?)

core project to "exported". Should I do that in the patch where I need
the dependency, or does that justify a separate patch?
