You have 2 Virtual Server that are only used at 4 AM and 6 AM for approx 
30 min.

Maybe put the workload on these machines. And maybe it is a good idea to 
run Jenkins in a separate process so all other applications
that run inside the Tomcat will not suffer such a penality when Jenkins 
is working.
